- Chicken(cubed boneless): 300 gram
- Garlic (minced): 1 jawa

- Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Canola Oil: as needed for frying
- Cauliflower or broccoli: 300 grams
- Cashew: 100 grams
- Dry Red chili or red chili paste: 2 or add to taste
- Salt: add to taste
- Black pepper: add to taste
- Egg white: 1 in quantity
- Corn flour: 2 or 3 tbsp
- Onion: 1 medium in size sliced
- Bell pepper: 1 cup cubed
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Water: 3 or 4 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds: 1 tbsp
How to prepare Spicy Chinese cuisine Szechuan Chicken?
First of all Cashew deep fry in oil now fry simply in pan until it turned golden.
Now Steam boils the cauliflower or broccoli. Put out in dish.
Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, vinegar, egg white, salt, pepper powder. Set aside for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle corn flour and mix it.
Heat oil in the pan for deep frying, when oil is medium hot, drop the chicken and fry on a medium flame until crisp and golden. Put out into a plate.
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan and heat up. Add red chili and garlic, ginger, until aromatic.

Add red chili, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, and very little salt. Stir well.
Add water and allow the sauce to cook.
Stir in the fried chicken and toss until the Szechuan sauce coats wells. Fry for 1 minute.
Now add cauliflower or broccoli into it. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
