Time required for Oatmeal Rasin Recipe:

- 300 grams of butter
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- brown sugar ½ cup
- 1 egg
- ½ cup refined flour
- salt to taste
- baking soda ¼ teaspoon
- raisins ¼ cup
- 170 grams oat
Way to prepare Oatmeal Rasin:
Start by adding 300 grams of butter in a bowl and make sure that the temperature of your butter is same as your room temperature.
Now add ¼ cup of caster sugar in this butter and add ½ cup brown sugar. Use the beater and beat all these ingredients well.
After that, Add an egg in this mixture you prepare earlier and beat it at high speed with the help of beater. Beat it till the mixture becomes stiff.
Add ½ cup of refined flour, salt according to your own taste, ¼ cup of raisins then add 170 grams of oats in it and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes then make cookie shapes out of it. Finally pre heat the oven and bake the cookies at 220 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Your Oatmeal Rasin Cookies are ready to serve.
