Ingredients for Mutton Karahi:
- Mutton: 1kg
- Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Crushed Red Chili: 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: add to taste
- Cooking Oil: 1 Cup
- Tomato: 4-5 medium size
- Onion: 1-2 medium size
- Green Chili: 4-5 in quantity
- Ginger Slices: add to taste
- Lemon: 2 lemons
- Parsley: add to taste
- Water: 2 glasses
How to prepare Mutton Karahi?
Take fresh mutton and boil it in water by adding the ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt, let it boiling on the stove.
Heat the oil on other stove and fry the onion slices in oil till onion turn golden. Now, add fried onion and rest of the oil in boiled mutton.
Heat the oil again and fry the tomato slices in oil until they turned into paste and giving fragrance. Now add fried tomato and the rest of the oil in boiled mutton.
When water get dry and mutton turned boiled; add 4-5 center cut green chili, and then heat the mutton with all of above mentioned things for 4 to 5 minutes on the stove.
Now keep it off from the stove and garnish with ginger slices, parsley and squeeze lemon on it. Your tasty mutton Karahi is ready. Enjoy with family and friends.
