Chilli Mushroom In A Plate

Time required for Chilli Mushroom Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams mushroom
  • water
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • garlic 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon green chilli
  • chopped onions 2 tablespoons
  • ¼ cup of onions
  • yellow capsicum 1/3 cup
  • 1/3 cup of green capsicum
  • red capsicum 1/3 cup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • chinese chilli paste 2 tablespoons
  • a pinch of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of aromatic powder
  • white pepper powder ½ teaspoon

Way to prepare Chilli Mushroom:

Take a container and add some water in it then boil the water. After boiling the water add 200 grams of half sliced mushrooms in it.

Now cook it for 3 minutes then transfer the mushrooms from this hot water to cold water and add 3 tablespoons of corn flour.

After that, coat it well then add salt according to your own taste and add 1 tablespoon of water. Take a frying pan then add some oil and fry these mushrooms in it till light brown.

Take another pan add some oil in it then add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and 1 tablespoon green chilli then stir well.

Add 2 tablepspoons of chopped onions then add ¼ cup of onions, 1/3 cup of yellow capsicum, 1/3 cup of red capsicum and 1/3 cup of green capsicum.

Keep stirring and tossing it then add 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons of chinese chilli paste, a pinch of sugar, ½ teaspoon of aromatic powder and ½ teaspoon white pepper powder.

Now add some more salt in it as much as you like and sauté it. After that, Add ¼ cup of water and stir it at high flame.

Finally add your mushrooms and stir then cook for 2 more minutes at high flame. And it’s done!
