Ingredients for Instant Aloo Ka Pratha:
- boiled and mashed 3-4 medium potatoes
- crushed red chili to taste
- salt 1 teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon carom seeds
- cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- 1 & ½ teaspoon of crushed coriander seeds
- green coriander seeds 2-3 tablespoons
- crushed cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili
Dough:
- oil 2 tablespoons
- 1 & ½ teaspoons of salt
- 2 cups flour
- water
How to prepare Instant Aloo Ka Pratha:
First take 3-4 medium size potatoes and boil them then mash these potatoes. Add crushed red chili to taste with 1 teaspoon of salt.
Now add ¼ teaspoon of carom seeds, 1 & ½ teaspoon of crushed coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili.
After that, Add 2-3 tablespoons of green coriander seeds then mix all these things and prepare a filling for prathas.
It’s time for dough now so first take 2 cups of flour then add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 & ½ teaspoons of salt with the required amount of water.
Knead the dough well once you are done with dough take out 2 small dough and make 2 round shape balls with them.
Press these balls with the help of your palms and give them a shape. Place your filling in one then cover it with the other. Make sure that you seal the edges carefully.
Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Finally, Place this dough in the pan and fry both the sides with ghee.
Your Instant Aloo Ka Pratha is ready.
