
Butter Chicken Ingredients:
- 300 Grams Chicken Breast Boneless
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- Red Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Oil to Pan Fry
Butter Chicken Gravy Ingredients:
- Kasoori Methi 1 Tablespoon
- Garam Masala 1/2 Tablespoon
- Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Cashew 50 Grams
- Salt to taste
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- Tomatoes Roughly Slit 500 Grams
- 2 Tablespoons Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 100 Grams Roughly Cut Onions
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- Cream 3 Tablespoons
- 1.5 Tablespoons White Vinegar
How to Cook Chicken Butter?
- Marinade the 300 Grams Chicken with Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, and Chili Red Powder with salt (as per taste) and keep it aside for fifteen to twenty minutes
- Take some Oil in a Pan then fries the chicken pieces you marinated, once done place it into a bowl.
- Within the same pan add onion, oil, a spoon of butter and add tomatoes and cashew, once the onions are cooked.
- Add some water with, salt (as per taste), garlic paste, white vinegar, garam masala powder, sugar, and chili red powder. Equally combine it and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Churn the mixture into a fine puree.
- To make sure that the wastage remains minimal strain it back into the same pan.
- Add Kasoori Meethi with Chicken and Butter then pour the Cream, and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Finally garnish by using Kasoori Methi and Cream
- Butter Chicken is prepared to be served!
