Ingredients for Delicious Beef Nihari:

- cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
- black cardamom 4
- green cardamom 4
- dried ginger small piece 1 teaspoon
- long pepper 2 sticks
- badiyan ke phool 2
- salt to taste
- cinnamon sticks 2
- red chili powder 1 tablespoon
- coriander powder 2 tablespoons
- turmeric 1 teaspoon
- kahsmiri mirch powder 1 tablespoon
Ingredients for Nihari:
- oil ½ cup
- garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- beef bong 1 kg + bones ½ kg
- whole wheat flour 1/3 cup
- ginger paste 1 tablespoon
- water 1 cup
- special nihari masala 100 grams
- water 2 liter 2-3 inches above ingredients
- flour mixture
- flour 4 tablespoons + pani water ½ cup add if required
Ingredients for Tarri:
- oil 2 cup
- kashmiri lal mirch 2 tablespoons
- coriander leaves
- ginger finely chopped
- lemon juice
- green chilies
How to prepare Delicious Beef Nihari:
Start by adding 2 tablespoons of coriander in blender with 4 tablespoons of fennel seeds and 2 bay leaves.
Now add 1 tablespoon of black pepper with 1 tablespoon of cloves, small piece of nutmeg, small piece of mace and ½ tablespoon of black cumin.
After that, add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds with 4 black cardamoms, 4 green cardamoms and 2 long peppers.
Add small piece of dried ginger with 2 badiyaan ka phool and 2 cinnamon sticks then grind all these ingredients to make powder.
It’s time for you to add it all in the jar then add salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 2 tablespoons of coriander powder and 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
Now add 1 tablespoon of kashmiri lal mirch powder then shake it well and tasty special nihari masala is ready.
Add 1/3 cup of whole wheat flour in a bowl then add 1 cup of water and mix with help of a beater. Then put it aside.
After that, Take a cooker and add ½ cup of oil with beef bong 1 kg + bones ½ kg then add 1 tablespoon of ginger paste.
Now add 1 tablespoon of ginger paste then fry on high flames for 1-2 minutes. Add ¾ cup of nihari masala you prepared earlier.
Mix it well then add 2 liters water and stir with the help of a spoon. Now pour flour mixture you prepared earlier.
Boil for 2-3 minutes then cook it in pressure cooker for 60-70 minutes on medium flame. Take a pan then add 1 cup oil with 2 tablespoons of kashmiri lal mirch.
Fry it for 60 seconds then put it aside. Turn off the flame and open the pressure cooker then turn on the flame.
Add 4 tablespoons of whole wheat flour with 1 cup of water then mix it well and add it in your gravy. Cook well until desired consistency.
Finally, Pour Tarri with finely chopped ginger and green chilies. Garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Your Delicious Beef Nihari is ready to go.
