- chopped carrots ¼ cup

- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 10-12 sandwich bread without corners
- butter according to your taste
Way to prepare Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich:
Start by adding ¼ cup chopped capsicum, ¼ cup chopped carrots, ½ cup chopped cabbage, ¼ cup chopped tomato, ¼ cup chopped cucumber and then add salt according to your taste.
Now add ¾ teaspoon of black pepper then add white pepper powder ½ teaspoon with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything well.
After that, Take two slices and spread butter on both the slices evenly then place a decent amount of the mixture you prepared on one slice.
Finally cover this slice with the other one.
