Vegetable Fruit Salad In A Bowl

Time required for Vegetable Fruit Salad:

10 minutes approx.


  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • diced cucumber 1 cup
  • diced pineapple 1 cup
  • pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1/4th cup sliced black olives 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • salt  according to your taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon

Way to prepare Vegetable Fruit Salad:

Add 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of diced cucumber, 1 cup diced pineapple, 1 cup pomegranate seeds ½ cup diced onions and ¼ cup of sliced black olives.

Now add 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, juice of half lemon, 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt according to your taste.

Finally add ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix well.

Yummy Vegetable Fruit Salad is ready.
