Time required for Sweet Besan Sev Recipe:

- 1 cup besan
- 5 tablespoons of water
- yellow color ¼ teaspoon optional
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- ½ cup of water Jaggery 1 cup
Way to prepare Sweet Besan Sev:
Add 1 cup of besan in big bowl then add 5 tablespoons of water, ¼ teaspoons of yellow color and add sufficient water for sticky dough.
After that, Add 2 tablespoons of oil then knead the dough well. Make sure that your dough should be sticky. Take a sev maker and fill it with dough.
Now take a frying pan and use the sev maker then deep fry your sev till it becomes crispy and golden brown.
Take a pan and add ½ cup of water in it then add 1 cup jaggery. Cook it until it melts well. Keep cooking until it bubbles.
Now reduce the flame because your jaggery syrup is ready. Add the sev you prepared earlier and coat it with the jaggery syrup well. Finally turn off the flame and put it aside for cooling down. Your Sweet Besan Sev is ready to serve.
