Ingredients:
- 2 chickpea flour
- ½ cup of rice flour
- water
- peanuts ¾ cups
- 3 sprigs curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- garam masala ½ teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon amchur powder
- chilli powder 1.5 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- black salt ½ teaspoon
- salt to taste

Way to prepare Khara Bondi:
First take a big bowl then add chickpea flour 2 cups, ½ cup of rice flour and add 1 cup of water in the bowl.
Now take a beater and add ½ cup of water in the mixture then start beating. Make sure that you beat it well like dosa batter.
After that, add some oil in a frying pan then use a bondi spoon and pour all your mixture from this spoon slowly in the pan.
Deep fry it till becomes golden then remove the bondi from the pan. Now add ¾ cups of peanuts in the oil and fry them.
Add 3 sprigs curry leaves in the oil and fry them also. Add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, ½ teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon amchur powder and 1.5 teaspoon chilli powder.
Finally finish the recipe by adding 1 teaspoon of jeera powder, ½ teaspoon black salt, salt according to your own taste and fried peanuts with fried curry leaves.
Mix and toss well and take out in a bowl your Khara bondi is ready.
