Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 green cardamom
- tea powder
- 300 ml milk
Way to prepare Irani Tea:
Start by taking a cup then add 3 tablespoons of sugar and add 1 cup of water. Dissolve it then use a cotton cloth and cover the cup with it. Remember this is a very important step.
After, Sealing the cup tightly with a cotton cloth place 1 green cardamom and tea powder on this cotton cloth.
Now take a pressure cooker and add sufficient water in it. Make sure that the amount of water should be enough for steaming.
After that, Place a stand in the cooker and place your sealed cup on the stand then cover the lid of cooker.
Don’t be hasty and let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles on the medium flame then remove the lid. Squeeze your cotton cloth in the cup.
Add 300ml milk in a container and boil it then add your tea decoction in the milk. Finally, boil the tea for 10 minutes at low flame then pour in a cup.
Your Irani Tea is ready.
