Time required: 30 minutes approx
Ingredients for Mini Bun Kabab:
- 1 medium onion
- green chili 1
- 1 tomato medium
- cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- tikka masala 1 & ½ teaspoon
- 2 medium boiled potatoes sliced in cubes
- boiled chickpeas
- cooking oil
- 23 tablespoons water
- lemon juice ½ teaspoon
- 8 small buns
- green chutney
- chaat masala
How to prepare Mini Bun Kabab:
Start your recipe by cutting thin slices on of 1 medium size onion then fine chop the onion. Once you are done take 1 green chilli and cut it into thin slices as well.
Now fine chop this green chilli and place it near the chopped onion then take 1 medium tomato and repeat the same process.
After that, Take a tawa and pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil on it then add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds and let it fry a little bit.
Add your chopped onions and let it fry same as you do with cumin seeds then add both fined chopped green chilli and tomato.
Mix it then place a lid over the ingredients on tawa. Cook it until the tomatoes becomes soft. Add 1 and ½ teaspoon of tikka masala then mix well.
Take 2 medium size potatoes boil them and cut into cubes then add these potatoes in your ingredients on tawa.
Mesh all your ingredients well then add 1 tablespoon cooking oil with handful of chickpeas and a little bit of water.
Add more 2-3 tablespoons of water and place the lid for one more time. Cook for 2 minutes then add ½ teaspoon of lemon juice.
Now your filling is ready so add 1 tablespoon cooking oil then place a small bun on the tawa after slicing it from the center. Add some filling in the bun with green chutney, onions and chaat masala.
Add all these things in the bun as much as you like. Finally, repeat this same process and make as many buns as you please then fry them from both sides in 2 tablespoon of oil on tawa.
Your Mini Bun Kabab is ready to go.
