Time required for Healthy Hummus Recipe:
25 minutes approx
- 2 cup white chana
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- olive oil 1 cup
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- 1 lemon juice
- red chilli powder
Way to prepare Healthy Hummus:
Take a large bowl then add 1 cup of white chana in it and make sure that you soak and cook these white chana overnight before performing this step.
Now add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds and 4 cloves of garlic. Once you are done with adding these 2 ingredients add 1 cup of olive oil.
After that, Add salt according to your own taste but do not use too much of salt otherwise it will mess up all your delicious Hummus.
It is time for you to take a lemon and squeeze all of it’s juice on your mixture. Grind all of your mixture into the fine paste.
Pour all the mixture back from grinder to bowl and then you can transform this fine paste into any shape you like.
Finally, Sprinkle some red chilli powder on it for garnishing and finish your recipe by adding some more olive oil in it.
Your delicious Healthy Hummus are ready to serve.
