Ingredients for Chinese Pakoda:
- all purpose flour sifted 1 cup
- 2-3 tablespoons corn flour
- egg 1
- black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- ½ teaspoon red chili crushed
- chicken powder 1 & ½ teaspoon
- 3-4 tablespoons rice flour
- salt to taste
- white pepper powder ½ teaspoon
- yellow food color 1 pinch
- water as required
- chicken boiled & shredded 1 cup
- carrot 1 cup
- 1 cup cabbage
- green onion leaves ½ cup
- cooking oil for frying
- 1 cup capsicum
How to prepare Chinese Pakoda:
Start by taking a large bowl then add 1 cup of sifted all purpose flour with 2-3 tablespoons of corn flour and 1 egg.
Now add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder then add 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilli. Add 1 & ½ teaspoon of chicken powder.
After that, add 3-4 tablespoons of rice flour with salt according to your own taste. You can also add ½ teaspoon of white pepper powder.
It is time now to add one of the most important ingredient and that is 1 pinch of yellow food color. Mix it all with the help of a beater.
Now add water as much as required and mix again with the help of beater. Remember you need to add water gradually while mixing the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients till the better becomes smooth. Once you are done with the mixing process take 1 cup of boiled and shredded chicken and add it in your better.
Add 1 cup of carrot with 1 cup of cabbage and 1 cup of capsicum. Now add ½ cup of green onion leaves then mix all these ingredients well.
Take a frying pan and add enough amount of oil in it for frying. Before start adding your better in oil to make pakodas make sure that your better is smooth.
Add this better in oil and deep fry it. Deep fry all of your pakodas at low flame until they become crispy and golden in color.
Finally, Remove these pakodas from oil and serve it to your guests. Your Chinese Pakoda is ready to go.
