Ingredients for Chicken Wings Cooking Recipe
- Garlic: 5 pcs
- Chicken Wings: 10-15 pcs
- Olive oil: ¼ Bowl
- Red Chili: as per needed – grilled
- Lemon Juice: 3 lemon juice
- Flour: half bowl
- Ajwain: 1 tbsp
- Black pepper and salt
- Vegetable Oil – to roast
- Salt and black pepper: as per need
How to prepare/Cook Chicken Wings at home?
First of all, arrange all the ingredients and necessary cooking instruments in your kitchen. Then, take a big bowl and mix well lemon juice, salt, black pepper and garlic paste in that bowl. Now take the chicken wings and role in the paste you prepared in that bowl. After pasting chicken wings, new keep them to dry in your fridge.
Once chicken wings get dry, take them. Take a zip bag, drop chicken wings and available flour in that zip bag and mix them well.
Now take vegetable oil and a pan on fire. Fry the chicken wings on slow fire. When they turn brown in fry pan, get them out and keep in a clean plate.
After frying, now décor into a plate; take roasted garlic pcs, fresh Ajwain and grilled Pistachio, sprinkle them all on your fried chicken and serve the dish with ketchup.
