Time required: 30 minutes approx
Ingredients for Pakoras For Ramazan Special:
- 2 cups of baisan
- red chili to taste
- 1 teaspoon of crushed & roasted coriander seeds
- cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- ½ teaspoon roasted & crushed cumin seeds
- salt ½ teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- water 1 cup approx
- chicken tikka
How to prepare Pakoras For Ramazan Special:
Take a bowl then add 2 cups of baisan, add red chili according to your own taste and 1 teaspoon crushed & roasted coriander seeds.
Now add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon roasted & crushed cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
After that, Mix it a little bit with the help of beater then add approximately 1 cup of water. Mix it until the baisan becomes thick.
During the mixing process you can add more water if you need. Now make small pieces of your chicken and you can use as much chicken as you like.
Add these small pieces of chicken in your baisan and mix it well with the help of a spoon. Once you are done with mixing take a frying pan and add oil in it.
Make sure that you add oil in an amount that is enough for deep frying. Heat this oil then add your mixture by using a tablespoon.
Deep fry and remove them from the pan. Your Pakoras For Ramzan are ready.
