- 4 chopped garlic

- 200 grams chopped tomatoes
- maida 1 teaspoon

Way to prepare Tomato Soup For Weight Loss:
Start by adding 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter in a container then cook till the butter melt.
Now add 4 chopped garlic, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 3 tablespoons of chopped carrots, 2 teaspoons of chopped capsicum and 1 chopped small onion then stir well.
After that, Add 200 grams of chopped tomatoes then stir well again and add 1 teaspoon of maida, ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Add salt according to your own taste and a pinch of sugar then cook till the tomatoes becomes soft and mushy.
Boil for 3-4 minutes after adding 500ml water. Keep boiling it till it becomes thick then remove it from the stove.
Take a frying pan and fry 1 bread slices in it. Fry till they become golden brown. Now strain the tomato soup you prepared earlier.
Finally mesh it all well then pour some soup in a small bowl. Spread fried bread slices on it and then use some cream on bread slices for garnishing.
