- roughly chopped 2 egg whites
- rock salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon of chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- lime juice 1 teaspoon
Way to prepare Protein Salad For Weight Loss:
Add 3 tablespoons of chopped cucumber in a bowl, 1 tablespoon of chopped capsicum and slices of 4-5 cherry tomatoes.
Chop 2 onions add it with ½ teaspoon of chopped green chilli, 1 teaspoon grated carrot, 2 tablespoons of raw cabbage slices and slices of egg whites of 2 eggs.
