Time required for Indian Kaju Rice Recipe:

- 2 teaspoon of clarified butter
- 4 green cardamoms
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 cloves
- ½ cup of cashews
- 1 slit green chilli
- 1 cup of basmati rice
- fried onions ¼ cup
- 1 tablespoon mint
- coriander 1 tablespoon
- salt to taste
Way to prepare Indian Kaju Rice:
You need to start by taking a pan and then you will add 2 teaspoons of clarified butter in it. Now add 4 green cardamoms, 1 bay leaf and ½ cup of cashews.
Stir it and add 3-4 cloves or as much as you like then add 1 slit green chilli. After that, Add 1 cup of basmati rice but make sure that before adding the rice soak them in water for 1 hour.
Now stir and toss well then add ¼ cup of fried onions, 1 tablespoon of mint and 1 tablespoon of coriander.
Finally add salt according to your own taste. Now your Indian Kaju Rice are ready.
