- ½ cup of cashews
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- 1 black cardamom
- cardamoms 4 green
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- bay leaf 1
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 3 chilies
- milk 3 tablespoons
- 500 grams of chicken
- ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- curd 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons of ghee
- oil 1 teaspoon
- ¼ cup of butter
- coriander 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon of cream
Way to prepare Chicken Malai:
Add ½ cup of cashews in a small cup then add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, sesame seeds 1 tablespoon, 1 black cardamom.
Once you are done with adding these ingredients add 4 green cardamoms, 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds, 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon and 3 chilies.
Now it’s time to add milk so therefore add 3 tablespoons of milk then put all these things in a grinder and grind into the fine paste.
Take a large bowl then add 500 grams of chicken in it then add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, salt according to your own taste and 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder.
After that, Add the fine paste you prepare earlier and add 1 cup of curd then message each and every ingredient in the bowl well.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour and take a frying pan then add 2 tablespoons of ghee, 1 teaspoon of oil and ¼ cup butter.
Pour all the marinated chicken in the pan and let it cook on high flame for complete 5 minutes. Sauté it after adding 1 cup of water.
Cook on low flame until the oil starts floating then add ½ cup of water, 3 green chilies and 1 tablespoon of coriander.
Finally, Add 1 tablespoon of cream with 1 teaspoon of ghee. Your Chicken Malai is ready to go!
