Ingredients for diet tea

  • Cinnamon: 1 or 2 inch stick
  • Ginger: 1 inch piece
  • Garlic: 2 pieces
  • Green tea: half tbsp
  • Mint: 5 leaves
  • Clove: 4
  • Fennel seeds: half tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: half tbsp
  • Apple cider vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon: 1 in quantity
  • Honey: 1 tbsp
  • Water: 2 Cups

How to prepare diet tea

Boil the water in utensil with the following ingredients cinnamon, ginger, garlic, green tea, mint, clove, fennel seeds, apple cider vinegar and cumin seeds until left one cup only.

Now stain this tea in a cup and squeeze a lemon in it.

Add honey in the tea and take this hot diet tea in sips.

Take this tea in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before go to sleep.
