Chicken Tenders Ingredients:

  • Onion Powder ½ Teaspoon
  • 300 grams Chicken Tenders

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked paprika

Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 Peeled Avocados, Pitted, and Sliced
  • Diced 1 Red Paprika
  • Diced 1 Yellow Paprika
  • 200 grams 1 English Cucumber Chopped Small Size
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion Diced

Cilantro Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients:

  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 50ml Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Cilantro Leaves

How to Cook Salad Diet Weight Loss?

  • Start by taking a bowl then add 300 grams of Chicken Tenders and marinate with 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder and 1/2 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika.
  • Add 1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Powder with the Juice from a Lemon, Sea Salt, 1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper and 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
  • After that, heat a grill pan at medium heat then pour your marinated chicken in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side.
